SOUTH FLORIDA RESIDENT ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION 2009/2010

*Individual Membership: $2,350.00 plus tax. *Couples Membership: $3,999.00 plus tax.

SEASONAL WINTER GOLF MEMBERSHIP - NOVEMBER 1, 2009 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2010

*Individual Membership: $1,950.00 plus tax. *Couples Membership: $2,999.00 plus tax.

SEASONAL WINTER GOLF MEMBERSHIP - DECEMBER 1, 2009 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2010

*Individual Membership: $1,799.00 plus tax. *Couples Membership: $2,799.00 plus tax.

SEASONAL WINTER GOLF MEMBERSHIP - JANUARY 1, 2010 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2010

*Individual Membership: $1,599.00 plus tax. *Couples Membership: $2,399.00 plus tax.

• Membership includes green fees, bag storage, handicap services and range balls.

• Locker with shoe cleaning and spike replacement services is available upon request.

• Cart fees for members are $25.00 inclusive of tax for 18 holes and $13.00 plus tax for 9 holes per member. The 9-hole rate applies to members only. Guest are charged member guest rate for 18 holes.

• Guests of members receive 10% off the Florida resident rate. Guest must be playing with the member. A member may not bring the same guest more than 4 times in any one month.

• Members shall receive a 15% discount on all apparel in the golf shop. Discount is not applicable to already reduced inventory. Discount on hard goods will be determined based on what is being ordered and must be paid for in advance.

• Tee times may be made up to 7 days in advance.

CORPORATE GOLF
This membership entitles the corporation to free green fees.  It allows the corporation's guests to participate in all club golf functions, also entitles the corporation's guests to the use of the Clubhouse facilities and participation in all social events. The corporation will receive membership cards that are transferable (issued in the Company's Name). The cards may be given to clients, employees or friends of the business. The Corporate Membership must be paid with a Company or Corporate check.
