Hillcrest Golf & Country Club’s professional staff is thoroughly trained and experienced in providing standard tournament operations. Tournament Coordinators - Expert Tournament Coordinators are assigned to your group at our course, to assist you with all of your group or tournament planning needs…making your job easier and ensuring a successful event. Premium Amenity Package - Customize the package and add merchandise or food & beverage elements adding value to your event will exceed your attendee’s expectations! Tournament Planning - Our Golf Management Staff team can arrange every aspect of your group including golf, creative prizes, awards and exceptional food and beverage functions. We can even help you select group photographers and hole-in-one insurance companies to add to your event. In order to provide the highest level of service, we ask that you provide a complete list of names of all the participants in your event 48 hours in advance. This will provide our professional staff with the opportunity to have everything ready at the time you arrive for your event. Reservation Procedures -Site inspection by contact personnel and meeting planners is encouraged. A member of the Professional Staff will be available to provide you with a walk through of the facility and to answer any questions that you might have.
Special arrangements, such as custom logo golf balls, merchandise, or clinics provided by one of our Professional Staff, can be arranged for any group.
